Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
All orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed.
If your item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement—only if an unedited parcel opening video is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
Custom-made items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please note: Without a parcel opening video, damage claims will not be accepted.
